Corey Borner sustained a devastating spinal cord injury in a high school football game 12 years ago. Now 28, Corey recently earned his college degree and - thanks to his BSWIR team and advanced exoskeleton technology - walked across the stage to accept his diploma. “This is the biggest moment in my life!” he said.

Two levels of care for our patients come together at our Dallas Hospital. The Day Neuro Program at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation (BSWIR) - Dallas provides specialized treatment to help patients build the strength, skills and independence needed to be successful as they return home and resume work, school, leisure or community activities following a brain injury, stroke or other neurological condition. Combined with our specialized outpatient neuro-rehabilitation clinic and our inpatient facility, BSWIR - Dallas is even better together.
