BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE INSTITUTE FOR REHABILITATION RANKED AS HIGHEST RATED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION IN NORTH TEXAS ON LIST OF BEST PLACES TO WORK

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal (DBJ) as a "Best Place to Work in North Texas," ranking as the top-rated healthcare organization in its category. This is the 6th consecutive year that BSW Rehab has been named to the list, placing fourth in the "Extra Large Company" category which includes organizations with more than 1000 employees (BSW Rehab currently has nearly 2400 employees). The recognition was announced last night by the DBJ at its annual awards celebration at Dr. Pepper Ballpark in Frisco.

"We are very proud that we continue to be recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work," said Fabian Polo, President of BSW Rehab. "It’s our dedicated and compassionate employees that drive our culture each and every day, providing their best for our patients, their families and to each other."

Best Places to Work showcases North Texas organizations in five different categories: Micro, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. More than 500 companies participated this year for the award with only 100 making the final cut. The awards ceremony then recognized the top organizations in each category, as voted on by the employees at each company. Independent research firm Quantum Workplace surveyed employees from each company, compiled data, tallied results and then matched the results against national standards to select the winners.
