Three Locations Awarded the Pinnacle of Excellence

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Outpatient Therapy Clinics Earn Three Press Ganey Pinnacle of Excellence Awards for the Second Year in a Row

 

Addison, Little Elm and Mansfield Outpatient Clinics Honored

 

DALLAS, Texas – Dec. 20, 2020 -- Three Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation (BSWIR) outpatient therapy clinics have earned the prestigious Pinnacle of Excellence Award® from Press Ganey for 2020. This marks the second consecutive year that BSWIR outpatient clinics have been recognized among the top-performing health care organizations in the nation for their “extraordinary achievement and consistently high levels of excellence” in delivering a quality patient experience.

 

BSWIR’s Addison, Little Elm and Mansfield clinics captured three of the four outpatient therapy center awards presented by Press Ganey, a national provider of patient experience measurement, performance analytics and strategic advisory solutions for health care organizations.  The Addison and Little Elm clinics were also honored in 2019.
