  • I thought I was applying for a job with Baylor but the listing says Select Medical. Am I in the wrong place?
    Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is a joint venture between Baylor Scott & White Health and Select Medical. Select Medical is the managing partner in the joint venture; therefore employees at Baylor Rehab locations are employees of Select Medical.
  • Where do I find open positions at Baylor Rehab?
    Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation jobs are found on the Select Medical careers page. For a listing of only Baylor Rehab jobs, go to our careers page and follow the links at the top or bottom of the page.
  • How do I apply for a position?
    Once you have found a position you are interested in, click on the “Apply Now” button and quick apply. The quick apply option allows you to upload just a resume for an application. It is easier for you to complete both an application and a resume at the same time.
  • How many positions can I apply for at once?
    You can apply for as many positions as you feel you are qualified for.
  • Where do I get my username and password?
    Once you apply for a job, a username will be assigned to you for your Career Profile. You will get an email after you apply with your username and a link to setup a password. You can also reset your password at any time by going to the Career Profile login page and clicking on “Reset Password.”
  • Can I submit a paper application?

    Yes, when you apply you can upload a resume and complete an application.

  • Where do I find qualifications for an open position?
    The job description included in the listing will provide the requirements for the position.
  • How do I get additional assistance or an accommodation in order to complete the application process?
    Please reach out to the recruiter or hiring manager listed on the job.
  • How do I check on the status of my application?
    Within your Career Profile, you can monitor the status of your job submissions as it moves through the application process.
  • What if I forgot to include necessary information in my application?
    You can update your application at any time by logging in to your Career Profile and updating the formal employment application.
  • How will I be notified if I have been selected to interview for a position?
    A recruiter will be in contact via phone or email if your qualifications match the opening.
