Inpatient Hospitals
When patients come to one of our rehabilitation hospitals, they've experienced a major life-changing event. Our treatment teams specialize in traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and other orthopedic and neurological conditions. While in our care, we treat patients like family and do everything in our power to make them feel at home while they progress through their rehabilitation.

Day Neuro Program
A specialized outpatient rehabilitation program designed for patients who need a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy following an injury or illness. Individualized treatment plans designed around your lifestyle and your goals with return-to-work and return-to-school as our top priority. Typically consists of more than 5 hours of therapy a day for several weeks with participants being able to return to their own home each night.
Neuro Transitional Rehabilitation
Transitional rehabilitation is dedicated for individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury* (SCI - C5 and below; not on vent), stroke or other neurological diseases, and who are also at high risk for unsafe discharge. Our Neuro Transitional Center provides a unique environment designed to feel like a home, yet gives patients with physical, behavioral and cognitive impairments access to comprehensive therapy in multiple settings.
Home Health Services
If you are unable to leave home for the care you need, then we can come to you. Our full-service Home Health division covers almost all of North Texas and even some rural areas. We provide the rehabilitation you need in the comfort of your own home. We also provide 24/7 on-call nurses and provide medical services for a number of health conditions and illnesses.
Outpatient Physical Medicine
Our specialized physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians are here to meet the needs of individuals who require initial or continuing rehabilitative care. Physicians focus on the long term quality of life for individuals who have had a traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), stroke, amputation and other conditions by guiding your rehabilitative care and providing resources for specialty services.
Acute Care Therapy
Our Acute Care Therapy division includes physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists who provide rehabilitation services within several Baylor Scott & White Medical Centers across North Texas. Our team of acute therapists specialize in treating some of the most difficult and complex cases. We work closely with the physicians and medical staff at each hospital to provide the highest level of care for our patients.
