We want you to thrive after your inpatient rehabilitation. A very important aspect of your recovery is community re-entry. Our therapists are dedicated to giving you the best possible chance for success following your rehab by giving you the tools to have an active lifestyle. Through education and training, we will help you learn to adapt to your new normal.

Our support groups are a great way to talk with individuals who have been though the same thing you have, and can help with this transitional period. If necessary, our case managers are available to assist with adaptive equipment for your home.
