Most ACL tears tend to occur away from contact, but the risk for this type of injury can be greatly reduced with proper movement training. There are more than 200,000 ACL injuries in youth athletics in the U.S. annually. More than 70 percent of these injuries are non-contact and largely preventable. By identifying certain movement patterns that put an athlete at risk, we have created our ACL Play it Safe Program to prevent injury and enhance athletic performance.

Proven Results

Our ACL Play It Safe Program was developed as a result of research, development and on-the-field practical application. The program contains standardized equipment in our ACL Play it Safe Kit and exercises delivered via videos on our ACL Play it Safe sports app to implement a pre and post-practice routine that focuses on:
