Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation – Fort Worth Eastchase is located near the intersection of I-30 and Eastchase Dr, just behind Wal-Mart and Sam’s. Our staff of licensed physical therapists specialize in the orthopedic physical therapy care with a strong emphasis on manual physical therapy. We treat a wide range individuals with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, and balance disorders. This clinic also provides TMJ/ TMD rehabilitation and therapy for work-related injuries. We will work with you create a custom treatment plan based on your needs.
