Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation – Fort Worth Fossil Creek/Alliance is located in the Park Glen Market Place at the intersection of Basswood Blvd and Park Vista Blvd. Our staff of licensed physical therapists specialize in the orthopedic and neurological physical therapy. We provide a wide range of treatment for sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, cancer rehabilitation, balance disorders and work-related injuries.
