Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation – Fort Worth Carter Rehabilitation is located on the campus of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth. Our clinic is on the northwest part of the hospital campus at the intersection of Eighth Ave and Mistletoe Blvd, adjacent to the Emergency Center. As a multi-disciplinary therapy center, our staff of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, hand therapists and speech therapists specialize in orthopedic and neurological therapy including cancer rehabilitation, women’s health, men’s health and work related injuries.
