Location Information
Our Day Neuro Fort Worth center is located inside of our rehabilitation hospital, Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Fort Worth on Harris Parkway just west of Chisholm Trail Parkway. This specialized outpatient center focuses on treating brain injury, stroke and other neurological conditions through comprehensive all-day therapy. Our Day Neuro locations comprise of a multi-disciplinary medical team of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists.
