Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation – Sammons Center is located inside the Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center on the Baylor University Medical Center Dallas campus. We provide personalized, comprehensive and compassionate care for patients with all types of cancer through our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program. Advanced screening, prevention, diagnostic and treatment services, as well as comprehensive education and support programs are available to patients.
