Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation – Southlake is located at the intersection Southlake Blvd and Hwy 114, near Kohl's. Our staff of licensed physical therapists specialize in orthopedic and neurological physical therapy. With a strong emphasis on manual physical therapy, we are able to treat sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders, work-related injuries, and more. We will work with you to build an individually-tailored treatment plan for your recovery.
