Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation – Weatherford is located in the Weatherford Professional Building near the intersection of Fort Worth Hwy and Azle Hwy. Our staff of licensed physical therapists specialize in orthopedic and neurological physical therapy care for sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders, cancer rehabilitation and work-related injuries. A custom treatment plan will be built around your specific needs in order to maximize your progress throughout your recovery.
