Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation – Dallas Carroll Avenue is located at the intersection of N. Carroll Ave. and Gaston Rd. This clinic is designed with the athlete in mind. With a strong focus on orthopedic sports injuries, our staff of licensed physical therapists specialize in sports medicine and orthopedic physical therapy. We also treat a wide range of individuals suffering from back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. We will work with you to design a therapy plan around your needs so you can get your game back as quickly as possible.
