Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation – Flower Mound is located in the Founders Square Shopping Center at the intersection of Long Prairie Rd and Flower Mound Rd. Our staff of licensed physical therapists provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work related injuries. Our therapists will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to your daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.
