Baylor Scott & White Rehab – Fort Worth offers two levels in our continuum of care. In addition to inpatient rehab, there is also an outpatient therapy center on-site.
Your Rehabilitation Team
Your rehab team will include board-certified physicians in physical medicine and rehabilitation, certified rehabilitation registered nurses, licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, recreation therapists and neuropsychologists.
