PJ Gillard, PT

VP of Outpatient Therapy of Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation

PJ Gillard has held the Vice President of Outpatient Therapy role at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation since 2012. During that time, he’s been focused on growing the BSWIR outpatient footprint across north Texas by facilitating new start up locations and acquisitions. He and his leadership team work diligently to create outpatient locations that are focused on quality of care, convenience for our patients, and that are staffed by engaged, motivated and skilled clinicians. By creating an outstanding patient and employee experience, the outpatient team has continued to set a high standard for outcomes and patient satisfaction.

PJ earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Quinnipiac College in 1996. He has worked in outpatient therapy for over 20 years, and has held leadership roles in various clinics and organizations in New York and Texas. Free time is usually spent on lacrosse and soccer fields with his wife and three kids, or on his bicycle getting ready for the annual MS Ride in north Texas.
