Ryan Seymour, MBA, RHIA

President

Ryan Seymour currently serves as the President of Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation. He is responsible for all four inpatient hospitals, two managed units, four Day Neuro centers, two Neuro Transitional Centers and 130 outpatient clinics. Ryan works closely with the BSW STACH on the development of Post-Acute Services across the state of Texas. Before this role, he was the chief executive officer of Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation – Fort Worth and Frisco from September 2014 – December 2022. He also served as the administrative director of the neuroscience service line for Baylor University Medical Center and Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation – Dallas/Fort Worth from 2009 – 2014 and the corporate director of oncology services/pain management for Baylor University Medical Center and Baylor Scott & White Healthcare Systems from 2007 - 2009. He received his BS of Business degree from Emporia State University in Emporia, KS, a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS and his Master of Business Administration-Strategic Leadership from Amberton University in Garland, TX.
